Meet Our Staff

Meadow Creek Tennis & Fitness Club is pleased to introduce you to our incredibly talented and diverse staff. We are pleased to have such an experienced group of tennis instructors as part of our team. All of our instructors are USPTA or USPTR certified and have much to offer students of all ability levels. Here is an overview of our staff:

Adam Kahn & Debra Kahn Freeman - Club Owners  Adam and Debra are active Club owners, managers, and tennis players. They make their home "up the hill" in the nearby Evergreen, Colorado. Adam, a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional, has captained and participated on numerous 5.0 men's Sectional and National competitive teams. Debra and Adam co-captained the Sectional Championship 8.0 mixed double team in 1997, and continue to play mixed doubles together regularly. Both of their children played high school tennis at Evergreen High School. Outside of the Club, Debra and Adam both love animals, skiing, hiking, golfing and traveling.
Alden Bock - Director of Tennis  Alden is a dedicated professional and our most experienced teaching pro on staff.  His teaching style is balanced and works well for students of all ages and ability levels. Alden has proven to be a great organizer and leader which earned him the position of Director of Tennis. He also runs the racquet and stringing portion of the Pro Shop at Meadow Creek. Outside of the club, Alden and his wife Heather have 2 children, Avalon and August, and enjoy skiing, collecting wines, hiking & camping. Alden’s qualifications include: 30+ years of teaching experience; USPTA Certified Level I; lead USPTA Divisional Tester; USTA National Verifier; CTA adult programs and DNTRP committee member; active player & member of past 5.0 Nationals Team; USSRA Certified stringer.  
Ashley Tindle - USPTA Certified Teaching Professional  Ashley joined the Meadow Creek family to pursue his love of teaching tennis. He brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our staff.  He is involved in both adult and junior programs, specializing in junior development with an emphasis on tournament training and the mental aspect of competitive play. Ashley’s qualifications include: USPTA Certified Teaching Professional; played #2 singles and #1 doubles at University of Northern Colorado and was two-time Conference Champion; goals are to facilitate a passion and enjoyment for the great sport of tennis; Denver Post "Dick Conner" ACE award winner in 1993 for Adversity Conquered through Excellence and nominated for ESPN ARETE Award for courage in sports. 

Doug Rees - USPTA Certified Teaching Professional  Doug came to Meadow Creek from the Chicago area and is happy to have made the move to Colorado with his wife Sharon and their daughters Clara and Hazel. After playing Division 3 collegiate tennis, Doug has been teaching tennis for the past 25 years and enjoys teaching all levels. In his free time, he enjoys snowboarding and fly fishing.

Radka Lacjak - USPTA Teaching Professional  Radka started playing organized tennis at the age of 5 in Czech Republic. As she became more passionate about the sport she obtained high state and regional junior rankings in her home country. She became certified (by the Czech Tennis Association) at the age of 16 when she started gaining her first valuable tennis teaching experience. She continued to teach tennis when she moved to Colorado in 1999, earning her USPTA certification shortly after.  Since then, Radka has been working as a tennis teaching professional in the Evergreen community, sharing her love for tennis with players in Evergreen, Mount Vernon Country Club and Genesee. She has also coached both the boys and girls varsity teams at Evergreen High school. Radka is a dedicated 5.0 player herself, participating in many USTA tournaments and leagues throughout the years, including being a part of a 5.0 women’s USTA team advancing to the National Championship at Indian Wells. When not on the court, Radka enjoys skiing, biking and long distance running. Radka lives in Evergreen with her family, including her 2 children - Kevin & Anna.  

Stanley Roffe - USPTA and LTA Certified Teaching Professional  Stanley joined the Meadow Creek family in May 2018 and is originally from King’s Lynn, Norfolk in England. Stanley recently launched Roffe's Tennis Consulting, a sports management company that works with players in the Intermountain Division. He is involved in both the Adult and Junior programming and strives to make people grow as tennis players and as people, too. He oversees the Meadow Creek’s Junior Team Tennis program and our USTA tournaments. He came to the US to play collegiate tennis on a scholarship to the University of Mount Olive, a top 25 NCAA Division II school. Following a successful collegiate career, he continued his passion to teach tennis. He became certified by the British Lawn Tennis Association (LTA) at age sixteen and became USPTA certified shortly after graduating college. He has tennis teaching experience in the UK and USA in three capacities including a collegiate coach, club coach, and as a Summer camp coach. Some coaching highlights include having multiple players earn scholarships to US Colleges, directing Junior and Adult teams, and having three American Southwest Conference players of the week. Outside of tennis, Stanley is a big supporter of the Chelsea Football Club and enjoys spending time outdoors fishing and running.

Andre Greene - USPTA Certified Teaching Professional  Andre is a native Coloradoan and played varsity singles for Chatfield High School as a junior.  He continued to develop his playing and coaching skills while playing collegiate tennis for Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa. Andre has gained further experience coaching at other prestigious Colorado clubs before joining the Meadow Creek staff in September of 2018. Andre’s demeanor is a testament to his success as a tennis coach. He has a genuine way of connecting with his students and it is his goal to make them better athletes and people.

Jaime Stokes - Assistant Club Manager  Jaime started playing tennis at Meadow Creek through our QuickStart program. Once here, we realized that she would be an ideal addition to our staff, and in 2013 Jaime was brought on as our Program Coordinator. Five years later, Jaime was promoted to Assistant Club Manager where she continues to wear many hats in effort to keep things running seamlessly at the Club. Outside of her love for tennis, Jaime is an accomplished golfer. She attended the University of Hawaii for her undergrad and played on the women's golf team. Jaime is married and has an adorable little man in her life named JJ. Unfortunately for his parents, JJ is a bit of a night owl, so the beauty of a full-night sleep are just distant memories - at least for now!

Margaret Nuccio - Front Desk Manager  Margaret has been part of the Meadow Creek family since 1990. She is the friendly Australian voice you may have heard on the phone. Margaret is also our Permanent Court Time (PCT) Coordinator and Membership Sales Manager. Margaret has two grown children.  Her daughter played tennis at the University of Northern Colorado and graduated in 2007. Her son graduated from Colorado State University.

Jody Dart - Marketing Manager  Jody joined the Meadow Creek family in Spring of 2018. She comes to Meadow Creek with a background in print production, project management, promotional marketing, customer service and sales. Born and raised in Wisconsin, Jody relocated to Colorado in the mid-nineties to pursue her love of the outdoors and enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. Running, biking, hiking and skiing were just a few of her passions. While she still enjoys much of those things today, tennis has been thrown into the mix to help keep that competitive fire alive. Jody and her husband Ron have one son, Carter. Carter stays busy playing baseball and tennis at D’Evelyn High School, which in turn, keep Ron and Jody very busy, too!

Ryan Griffin - Strength & Conditioning Coach / Personal Trainer  Ryan is our newest member of the Meadow Creek family. Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and specializes in training tennis athletes.  He is a certified Tennis Performance Specialist through the International Tennis Performance Association, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach.

Strength and conditioning is an important part of developing athletes and finding a coach that has the ability to improve in-game skills as well as prevent injury is critically important.  It takes many years of working with athletes to develop the programming to achieve a high level of success and expertise.  Ryan has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for 11 years with a specialty in working with tennis players. His experience includes working in the collegiate strength and conditioning world for colleges like LSU, Ole Miss, and Florida State and he has worked with a wide range of clients both male and female ranging in ages from 10 – 76.  Ryan’s goal is to help his clients improve their ability to move pain free and as efficiently as possible not only in their sport, but also in their everyday life.

Susie Nelson - Silver Sneakers Manager/Personal Trainer  Susie has been a part of the Meadow Creek family since 2000. She started at Meadow Creek in our QuickStart program and enjoyed tennis and her new friends so much, she became an employee. Susie was the Marketing Director for 18 years and is now our Silver Sneakers Manger and Personal Trainer. Susie has a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Fitness, Nutrition and Health. She also practiced as a Physical Therapist before starting to balance a healthy lifestyle with a young family. After years as a gymnast and marathon runner turned triathlete, Susie turned to tennis for some "social" exercise and was hooked! She also does personal training, teaches yoga and runs the SilverSneakers program. Susie draws on her physical therapy and yoga background to create fun and functional exercises and workouts for her students. Susie's husband, Greg, is a 4.5 player and their 2 children, Megan and Dylan can be found on the tennis court in their "spare" time. Megan is an EMT and Dylan plays baseball for Metro State University.
Billy Bob - Club Mascot  Billy Bob is the owner’s Boston Terrier and is usually at the club whenever both Adam and Debra are here.  He is a sweet boy once you get to know him, but can also still be a bit of a rambunctious puppy. Billy Bob was a rescue dog and only has one eye.  If you want to meet him, he is best approached
