Outdoor Courts to Open Saturday

Dear Members,

In accordance with the Colorado “Safer-at-Home” order that goes into effect on May 9th, our outdoor courts will be opening this Saturday, and we couldn’t be more excited to have you back on the court!
This is Phase 1 of our re-opening process. During this phase, the outdoor courts will be open for both social play and lessons starting May 9th. There are tight safety procedures that are imperative to follow, and they are outlined below. Our main concern is for your safety and the safety of those around you.
  • If you are sick, experiencing any flu-like symptoms, have a fever or cough - Do not come to the Club
  • If you have been exposed to anybody with COVID-19 or are experiencing any flu-like symptoms - Do not come to the Club
  • To book a court, members have access to the online court reservation system at 10sPortal Login (If you do not have log-in capabilities but would like to, email techsupport@meadowcreektennis.com for login credentials)
  • Follow all of the USTA’s suggested “Playing Tennis Safely” guidelines (Click here for link)
  • Maintain social distancing of at least 6 feet at all times and avoid any physical contact
  • The Meadow Creek staff will open the courts and bungee the entry doors in the open position daily and doors are to remain open all day long
  • Arrive at the courts as close to your scheduled playtime as possible and do not linger to socialize afterward
  • All benches will be wrapped in caution tape, please refrain from touching, sitting, or placing personal items on the bench
  • For safety reasons, trash cans have been removed from the courts, therefore, you are responsible to take all waste items with you upon leaving
  • Scorekeepers and roller squeegees have been removed from the courts, please avoid touching any other shared surfaces or court equipment
  • We suggest applying your sunscreen before arriving at the courts
  • Bring your own tennis balls as the club building will remain locked during this time
  • Bring your own water as we have removed all water containers
  • Do not eat while at the tennis courts
  • Bring your own hand sanitizer and apply before, during and after play
  • There are no bathroom facilities at this time, please plan accordingly
  • When parking your car, leave an empty space between cars when possible
Online court reservations are the best way to reserve your court at 10sPortal Login. When making your online reservation, please indicate what members will be playing with you. There is a maximum of 4 people per court. In 10sPortal you will need to indicate whether it is a singles or doubles court reservation. It is very important that all players in your group are registered on your court through 10sPortal.
If you are interested in booking a lesson with a pro, either contact the pro directly or contact Jaime at jstokes@meadowcreektennis.com or 303.232.6272 x18. Keep in mind, there will be a maximum of 3 players per lesson (4 on the court including the pro).
Re-stringing is available by appointment only. Email jstokes@meadowcreektennis.com, or call 303.232.6272 x18 to schedule a time to drop-off your racquet.
We are hopeful that the indoor facilities will open during Phase 2, but no definitive timetable has been set at this time. As you know, this is a rapidly evolving situation and we are subject to follow Jefferson County’s public and safety guidelines. We appreciate your patience as we work towards re-opening Meadow Creek to its full capacity while striving to keep our members and staff safe.
Stay well,
Your Friends at Meadow Creek
