Directions to Meadow Creek:

Meadow Creek is located at 6305 W. 6^th Ave. Lakewood, CO 80214, just 5 minutes from downtown Denver. 

• We are on the north side of 6^th avenue on the frontage road between Sheridan and Wadsworth. 
  
• Exit 6^th Ave. at Sheridan and come north to the
• 1^st left onto the frontage road.  Take the frontage road west approximately 1 mile to the club.

You can also reach us by exiting at Wadsworth and coming north to Highland drive.

• Turn right or east on Highland drive and follow it until you dead end at the golf course on Reed street.
• Turn right on Reed street and come up to the 6th Ave. frontage road.
• Turn left or east on the frontage road and proceed to the club.
