SOFTWARE UPDATE!

We are excited to inform everyone that we are upgrading to a new tennis management software program. This new program will allow us to add some great, new features that will eventually allow members to reserve courts online, as well as provide more online access to get involved in drills and other programs at the club.
We appreciate everyone's patience as we transition to, and learn this new program. Members will receive their October statements in the mail, however, we anticipate the November statements will be emailed through the new system (unless you are one of the members who has told us you still prefer us to mail yours). You may also begin seeing occasional emails when court reservations and lessons are scheduled for you through our front desk staff.
Credit card charges may show up differently for a month or two as well. There is a possibility that credit card payments to the club may show up with a generic name of “Services Professional, Services” instead of having the Meadow Creek name affiliated with the charges. If you see something like this on your credit card statement and are unsure if it is a valid charge or and have a questions about the charge, please give Molly or Adam a call and we can verify that the charge is correctly from Meadow Creek.

Thanks again for your patience as we upgrade our software and get the “bugs” worked out. We look forward to all the benefits this system will provide for our members.

Upcoming Events:

FREE GUEST DAY is Sunday, November 26th. Remember, you can bring in one guest per member with no guest fees, court costs still apply. Also, if your guest signs up as a member on FREE GUEST DAY, they receive a gift certificate for 2 hours of FREE court time, plus you will receive a gift certificate for $50!

Pilgrim Super Drill
Wednesday, November 22nd @ 6:00pm

It’s time for our annual Pilgrim Super Drill!

Burn some pre-Thanksgiving calories at our annual Pigrim Super Drill with Meadow Creek's pros. Join us for some fun, fast-paced tennis drills then sstay for the Thanksgiving give-a-ways, light food and beverages
before filling up on Turkey the next day! All levels are welcome! Invite your friends.

Drill: 6:00-8:00pm
Social: 8:00-9:00pm
Open Play: 8:00-9:00pm

Cost: $30/members, $36/non-members ~ includes 2 hours of drills, food and beverages.

Upcoming Junior Events:

JUNIOR AFTER SCHOOL AND SATURDAY LESSONS. Session #3 will begin November 6th and run 8 weeks until December 30th.Click here for the 2017-2018 Junior program brochure. The brochure includes information about all of our after-school and weekend lessons, as well as drop-in programs for the upcoming season.

Kid’s Christmas Compass Tournament

Saturday, December 16th

Kids, come join us for a fun night of tennis, food, games and holiday movies. Awards will be given out to the winners of the tournament.

BOYS HIGH SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS - The 2017 Boys High School State Championships were held last month and Meadow Creek juniors had another amazing year, including state champions Quinn Bermingham and Emmett Ela and finalists Ren Lebchenco, Nick Pulido, Nicholas Dietrich, Eli Henry and Will Short.

Congratulations to all MC Junior program participants who participated in the State Championships this year.
